Southern Skies Aviation Ltd. offers residence facilities for students and aviators. Twelve rooms are attached to the main building, all with views of the flight line. Upstairs rooms also have a gorgeous view of Skaha Lake, which is located only a 1/2 block away. All rooms have access to a communal kitchen.

Located adjacent to Skaha Meadows golf course, and great hiking/biking trails, Southern Skies Aviation Ltd. is ideally suited for the outdoor enthusiast. Room rates are currently set at $475/month.

Every effort will be made to ensure that all students find suitable accommodation. Other options include apartment/condo/house rental, room and board, camping and room rental in private homes or motels. Remember that Penticton is a tourist destination and accommodation is difficult to find during the summer months and holidays. Book your accommodation well in advance!
