It incorporates elements of both instrument and visual flight, increases pilot skills and provides a strong base for pilots intending to acquire an Instrument Rating. A Night Rating may be taken as a separate item or included as part of the Commercial Pilot License. Students are not required to complete written or flight exams for this rating.
Applicant must satisfy all training criteria as outlined in the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
